UPDATE: They are going to cancel those bad ballots of those darned kids having some fun away.
…Columbus that the 12 out-of-state Democrat activists who cast votes in Ohio — despite having no ties to the state and no intentions to reside there — will have their ballots canceled.
A release from O’Brien’s office reports the two registrations will be canceled and the 11 absentee ballots won’t be counted. It also indicated felony charges would not be filed.
Oh really?
You can thank the young reporters at Palestra for rectifying these wrongs, not all the high-powered, deep-pocketed credentialed MSM investigative journalists who looked the other way at Voter Fraud House. In a just world, Palestra would be lavished with public service journalism awards.
Well, these mentally challenged individuals should have their Scholars pulled, don’t you think? They are SO EASILY CONFUSED!
The elite left-wing activists — Rhodes Scholars, Marshall Scholars, and Truman Scholars among them — argue that they were simply “confused” about state residency requirements. No charges will be brought against them.
And as Ace said:
Charges are only appropriate in cases of black lower-class ACORN workers. You know — the no-account coloreds who really don’t matter and who don’t have fancypants white dads with lots of money and white pull.
Association of Corrupted Organizations for Registration of Non-Eligible Voters or ACORN
Update# 3 Michelle has a list of more ACORN cities and states. Plug, she will be on Fox tomorrow discussing ACORN and voter fraud.
Update #2 Indianapolis has 105% of its population registered to vote.
Obama’s campaign has paid ACORN over $800,000 for “get out the vote” efforts so far this campaign season.
First UPDATE on Obama: Now he is cutting his past associations with ACORN. You know the ones about how he trained people at ACORN. Apparently, papers are being scrubbed or blocked so that we cannot access information about Obama. Hmmm. Stanley Kurtz on this:
Barack Obama is now apparently denying his ties with Acorn. Here’s what he’s posted on the subject at his “Fight the Smears” website. These claims are contradicted by several sources, a number of which I linked to in my piece, “Inside Obama’s Acorn.” In that piece, you’ll find a link to a Los Angeles Times piece in which Chicago Acorn leader Madeline Talbott is described as so impressed with Obama that “she invited him to help train her staff.” You’ll also see a link to a statement by Obama himself, made in pursuit of Acorn’s endorsement. Obama says: “I’ve been fighting alongside ACORN on issues you care about my entire career. Even before I was an elected official, when I ran Project Vote voter registration drive in Illinois, ACORN was smack dab in the middle of it, and we appreciate your work.” In my piece, “No Liberation,” you’ll find a link to a 1995 profile of Obama which says: “Obama continues his organizing work largely through classes for future leaders identified by ACORN and the Centers for New Horizons on the south side.” My articles provide background, but the quotes and links I’ve presented here, and in the past, pretty conclusively contradict Obama’s current claims at “Fight the Smears.”
Has Social Policy blocked access to those two articles to protect Obama? Was the Obama campaign involved? How does Barack Obama explain his denials of a link to Acorn in light of the evidence? Shouldn’t the press be asking him about this?
ACORN working it’s magic to bring those voter registrants in.
The guy promoting the free taxi program to register the homeless in Ohio exults: “It’s a perfect opportunity for them to come in, register at a temporary address like a homeless shelter or a YMCA or something like that. They can register at that address because they don’t know where they’re going to be tomorrow or next week.”ACORN, as you know, is heavily involved in these fraud-riddled voter registration efforts in Ohio. Another woman describes trolling bus stops and picking up prospects: “I asked ‘em if they’re registered to vote and if they weren’t, I said ‘Get in the car, I’m bringing you!’”
Milwaukee’s top election official announced plans to seek criminal investigations of 37 ACORN employees accused of offering gifts to sign up voters (including pre-paid gas cards and restaurant cards) or falsifying driver’s license numbers, Social Security numbers or other information on voter registration cards.
Last month, a New Mexico TV station reported on child rapists, drug offenders, and forgery convicts on ACORN’s payroll. In July, Pennsylvania investigators asked the public for help in locating a fugitive named Luis R. Torres-Serrano, who is accused “of submitting more than 100 fraudulent voter registration forms he collected on behalf of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now to county election officials.” Also in July, a massive, nearly-$1 million embezzlement scheme by top ACORN officials was exposed.
ACORN’s political arm endorsed Obama in February and has ramped up efforts to sign up voters across the country. In the meantime, completely ignored by the mainstream commentariat and clean-election crusaders, the Obama campaign admitted failing to report $800,000 in campaign payments to ACORN. They were disguised as payments to a front group called “Citizen Services, Inc.” for “advance work.”

Judge Napolitano just said on a Fox News interview that OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF acorn can be taken down with the RICO ACT. The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (commonly referred to as RICO Act or RICO) is a United States federal law that provides for extended penalties for criminal acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization. It also provides a civil cause of action for those injured by violations of the act. RICO was enacted by section 901(a) of the Organized Crime Control Act of 1970 (Pub.L. 91-452, 84 Stat. 922, enacted October 15, 1970). RICO is codified as Chapter 96 of Title 18 of the United States Code, 18 U.S.C. § 1961–1968. It was intended to make it easier to prosecute organized crime figures, but has been applied in several other cases as well.
