A fun update to read:  challenged ballots, enjoy!  Thanks HotAir for the laughs once again.

HotAir:

In explaining why he believes Al Franken will prevail in the recount, a lawyer volunteering for Team Franken says that Franken voters are less educated and therefore more ignorant about how to fill in a bubble on a ballot.

My guess is that the voter was in a hurry to vote.

…the only challenged ballot, in Engdahl’s view, was clearly a vote for Coleman. Nevertheless, the Franken campaign was allowed to seek a second opinion.

Uhm, why is dipwad Team Franken challenging this one?

Oy, because the voter colored outside the marked lines.

Or because?

The bubble beside Norm Coleman’s name appeared to have both an X and a squiggle in it, but the Al Franken campaign wants the state Canvassing Board to rule on whether it should count.
