Netanyahu bitchslaps Obama and looks right into his eyes, not the media, and tells him point blank that Iran’s acquisition of nuclear weapons is unacceptable. Period. End of discussion.
In other words, you are my bitch now. You can cheese for the media all you want, but when you sit down with me you are going to listen to what I have to say.
UPDATE via Powerline on the conversation that no one is talking about.
For what it’s worth, Netanyahu himself expressed a more optimistic view. But perhaps his true feelings were better expressed by an aide who said that “the focus by the media on the concept of solving the Israel-Palestinian issue through a two-state solution”–Obama’s focus, too–”is childish and stupid.”
Iran, meanwhile, tested a new missile today that is reportedly capable of hitting Southeastern Europe, Israel and U.S. bases in the Middle East.

I doubt Netanyahu has much, if any, respect for Obama. If I were Obama, I wouldn’t wait too long to take care of the Iranian nuclear problem, or Benjamin and his buddies will do it for him. Now that I think about it, maybe that’s what Obama is hoping–tough decisions are so hard for the Messiah.

Wac and Anthony, I think he is waiting for someone else to make the decision. If he waits it out, he takes no responsibility. A complete and utter poser.
May 20, 2009 at 12:43 am
I agree with wac for hillary here. He is passing off all the hard work to others who can do it effectively (or at all, for that matter)
mcnorman-
“In other words, you are my bitch now. You can cheese for the media all you want, but when you sit down with me you are going to listen to what I have to say.”
You do have a way with words. Loving it!

My reply went poof.
Thanks, but the quote was TDNs.

oops…..
May 20, 2009 at 6:47 pm
Still working, huh?
May 20, 2009 at 6:54 pm
yes. Will fill you in
May 20, 2009 at 6:31 am
You guys all forgot the rest of the deal.
After he forces Israel into taking care of business, he’ll take the credit for it.
My favorite part of the interview came when Netanyahu told bobo, “You’re a great leader. You’re a great world leader.” Someone on N’s staff sure figured out that bobo exists on smoke being blown up his ass. And bobo, of course, just sat there and graciously acknowledged it as his royal due.

That’s right. I read a lot of commentary yesterday and most of it stated that Bibi was far too easy on him. I disagree. Bibi is far more experienced in these matters. I noticed some anxiety on 0′s part. Lot’s of uhms. It was difficult to hold eye contact. I do believe that Bibi made him nervous.
I don’t think that Israel can deal with a big stick on this. Make no mistake, the undercurrent was pulsing and alive. Israel will not wait to receive 0′s blessing on anything.

mcnorman,
Thanks for the great quote from TDN.
May 20, 2009 at 1:34 pm
I like TDN. While I don’t always agree with TDN, I really enjoy their honesty.
Mary, thanks for the note…sometimes TDN writes that they want to give up because they don’t believe anyone is listening. I usually leave a note saying telling them that they have a lot of company out here.

we have chicago’s biggest politician running our country, what else would you expect??????????? Take the praise for the good and blame the bad on everyone else, that way you can get re-elected. And to get re-elected you just make all he illegal immigrants legal, yea that will do it, let them come an suck the rest of the social security up and deminish the sh*thole healthcare plan that is now being shoved down our throat. Why do we as Americans not get to vote on any of this frecking shiz, I thought that was part of our rights?????? Plus who the hell have we elected locally, people who do not care an just want to be re-elected by the ones who pay them large contributions to protect their interests.
This country has gone down the frecking chitter and it officially %^%$ arss and I am not proud to be american, I no longer have any rights and the ones I did have are being thrown out by bumma, hell he will throw the whole constitution out soon, punch mucous fracker, blow our money, you can do it Like an NFL player bumma, blow it.

Sorry matureprofiles. Have to edit your comment. I don’t want to be shut down because of commentary. Unfortunately, free speech is also walking out the door.
I find it interesting that in California, the threat to release from state prisons of up to 19,000 illegal immigrants to face deportation, and the transfer of up to 23,000 other prisoners to county jails is considered the end of the world.
I thought it was a crime to enter a country illegally?
The local politicians play lip service to the public while they do what they want behind the desk. Now, I do believe politicians have made the top of the creep list.

I am really thinking of what country I want to move to soon, and how I will get there. This country is falling apart right infront of us and we the people no longer exist as a people but only as slaves to the government
May 20, 2009 at 4:09 pm
It is unfortunate mature that we are sitting in this heap right now. It doesn’t look like this will be getting better any time soon. Hang in there, you are not alone. We cannot all be silenced.

Just saw on FOXNews that Iran has test-fired a long range missile, capable of hitting Israel and parts of Europe. If Iran is thinking that Obama has Israel and Netanyahu on a short leash and can do whatever they want militarily in the ME, they may regret those thoughts very soon.
May 20, 2009 at 3:24 pm
Correction–medium range missile.
May 20, 2009 at 4:11 pm
I saw that this am. Iran is a huge problem. Israel will not stand down. I agree, they may regret those thoughts very soon. Meanwhile, the PREZ of the World is looking forward to his next presser even though Pakistan is ready to blow as well.
May 20, 2009 at 3:44 pm
Did anyone expect obama not to stick up for his friends in Palestine? How refreshing to see the Prime Minister speak from his heart and not a teleprompter.
May 20, 2009 at 4:16 pm
Isn’t it? Obummer was caught with his underwear down. He had great difficulty stating a position that wasn’t void of meaning. Eye to eye contact. I don’t know if 0 was warned about eye to eye contact. Great surprise tactic on Bibi’s part.
May 20, 2009 at 4:20 pm
Do we americans have any rights any more??? The government is nationalizing and socializing everything, we no longer have a system of free enterprise, and capitalism is dying. When a government jumps in and tells private businesses what they can do, whom they can hire, and how much to pay them, capitalism dies. When a country over taxes corporations, they leave the country, which means less jobs. When we tax a business that makes over 250,000 at a rate of 39.6%, that means that business will do all it can to not make 250,000 or more, they hire as few people as they can. I am sick of this
May 20, 2009 at 5:21 pm
Mature, it could be worse. We could be in England and be taxed at 50%.
This did not happen overnight. We must be vigilant and take a stand at every opportunity that we see another hit coming.
May 20, 2009 at 5:29 pm
I think we are headed down that very road. America will be a communist country by the time the Scumbama administration is finished
May 20, 2009 at 5:56 pm
We have to keep fighting. Our founding fathers did not die for this B*S*.
May 20, 2009 at 8:56 pm
We wish to thank you for linking over to the TDN. Many people freak out over the name but we are trying to keep free speech alive and at the same time show how we are ALL being treated like ‘niggers’ by the MGMSM (http://MGMSM.com) and the present government institutions!
Keep up the good works McNorman;-)
May 20, 2009 at 11:21 pm
Thank you HNIC. I hope that my friends will visit TDN as well. I believe that we can make a difference. BTW, MGMSM is a wonderful site as well.
