OOOOOhhhhh dear, California should be REALLY frightened now...
Worst-case scenarios also call for the release from state prisons of up to 19,000 illegal immigrants, who would face deportation, and the transfer of up to 23,000 other prisoners to county jails.
Why is sending 19,000 illegal immigrants that are being kept by the state taxpayer in a state prison back to their own country a bad thing?
I’m verklempt.

NOT DEPORTATION. Oh the humanity!
Call Kathy Lee and book them a cruise home.

It did say deport, not let them go in California–right?

Yes, deport. What are they drinking day in and day out?

Hey, my husband does his own yard work. I’ll chip in for their one-way bus fare.

Count me in Mary. I do my own yard work. I paint my own house as well so I am more than happy to help out with any “going home” funds.

Thanks a lot, Mary and McNorman. Remind me I need to get out and cut my grass. Now that it has finally stopped raining here, I have no more excuses. I have noticed that my cocker spaniel keeps getting lost in the high grass, and using a machete while watching for snakes (no, not Barky) is getting old.

Get this wac, I use an old 1930′s push mower to do the work. I live in the desert so I don’t get grass often.

What do you mow–cactus? My mowing would have gone a lot faster if my chocolate lab hadn’t kept putting her tennis ball in front of the mower.

Mostly rocks wac. It’s ok lest you find a nasty snake in the yard.
