ACORN Sues Over ‘Unconstitutional’ Funding Cuts By Congress. The ignorance is unbelievable. To believe that “WE THE PEOPLE” should continue to pay for their fraud and continue to fund them is laughable. ACORN needs to be shut down permanently.

congress isn’t obligated to give these idiots anything. The funding they received from the feds was a gift. They should be happy they got as much as they did. Unfortunately, a sympathetic judge could see it differently. Imagine this case going before a Sotomayor type judge.

ACORN claims it has been badly hurt by the congressional actions, and has had to fire workers and close some of its 1,200 branches around the country.
Though it remains unclear precisely how much money the national organization was receiving from federal sources and aid programs, a lawyer pressing the suit said ACORN has already lost an amount “in the millions” since the freeze took effect.
