Other faith leaders are more pointed. Obery Hendricks, author of The Politics of Jesus, used to dial in to regular conference calls between the administration and prominent clergy, but recently he’s stopped, citing frustration and fatigue.
“Is he listening [to religious leaders]? Frankly, I don’t know. They have the influence of window dressing.” The White House, he adds, is “patronizing and condescending,” especially to black clergy. “Many of the ministers feel that way.”
No, he is listening to his BlackBerry.
Of course, he listens to certain groups, but not many.
Obama does not play games he hasn’t rigged. The base he will never betray — the anti-gay black religious Left, Muslims and illegal aliens — is comprised of groups that are nation-building: morality is just their cover story for destroying people who are not on board with making babies for them.

It’s about time they wake up and see that they are no longer in the “inner circle” but under the bus where he throws all those he has used to get to the Oval Office. Obama was never “religious” in any sense. He belongs to one church..The Church of Obama”.

They were warned and all they saw was the bright and shiny object that POTUS is. Foolish. May they find peace at some point because they certainly have unleashed hell here.

As I said on SayWhatYouWill, this has gotta hurt. BUT, they are getting exactly what they signed up for and not acknowledging what obama is really about.

I’m glad that they are finally realizing what has been happening. I still see voter approval high amongst AA who refuse to see this man for what he is.
