Hamilton officer cleared in fatal shooting during January traffic stop. The guy in the truck stuck a loaded gun in the police officer’s face and pulled the trigger – it fell on an empty chamber– the officer moved back and the guy fired a round and missed the officer who unloaded his gun and killed the offender.

I am no fan of cops, but it is ridiculous there was anything more than a cursory inquiry in this instance.

Nom, it has been in the news. This is the the final release of the video which was not allowed for public viewing until after the inquiry.

the cop possibly saved someone else’s life by not letting the perp go. i hope the telephone pole wasn’t damaged.
