Trying to backtrack that first statement?
Seeing the criticism of last night’s statement, Pelosi walked back her comments a bit. Her office released the following:
“The freedom of religion is a Constitutional right. Where a place of worship is located is a local decision.
“I support the statement made by the Interfaith Alliance that ‘We agree with the ADL that there is a need for transparency about who is funding the effort to build this Islamic center. At the same time, we should also ask who is funding the attacks against the construction of the center.’
“For all of those expressing concern about the 9/11 families, we call upon them to join us in support of the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act when Congress returns in September.”
Translated into English that statement means:
OK people are pissed off about the first statement, which I admit was stupid, but I can’t walk it back completely so I will add an investigation of the mosque funders so I can now appear to be even handed.

Either this administration is the most inept administration in the history of the universe, or else they are doing one of the most spectacular jobs of throwing crises time after time than Hollywood could only dream of doing. Well, to be honest it is rather factual wouldn’t you say that these so-called buffoons know exactly what is in store in the MSM when they pull these stunts. Nobody can convince me otherwise – at least not yet…

A twenty says her call to investigate mosque protestors was scripted for her by Team-0 to make any opposing oilsoc’s endorsement into right wing fanatics.
This whole business is to out of proportion, it can only be yet another distraction. Let’s keep our eyes on the Gulf of Mexico and Iran, and the stonings in Afghnistan (two more this week).

The woman has lost what little mind she had! But but but- the Dims are covering all the bases I think. The fraud says one thing, Reid another, Pelosi something else. No coherent message- which is of course the point- then they can say they “supported” or “opposed” whatever the polls say the people want. While of course ignoring us all together.
