How does an illegal alien felon even have standing to sue American citizens? Why was he never deported? Why is he not deported now? God only knows. It is just another story of madness in a nation which has totally lost its mind on illegal immigration. No other nation on Earth would ever put up with this.

I know of LOTS of lawsuits initiated by people who go around and sue restaurants, hotels, stores, businesses, etc. for ADA compliance. It costs businesses TONS of dough, which of course just adds to the cost of everything we buy.
This story is what I like to call an iceberg. You only see the tip of it, i.e., the fact that this guy is an illegal alien. Therefore, one presumes that the problem with ADA lawsuits is predominately overrun by criminals. This is not true. Most people that do this are just gaming the system – a system by the way that is as broken as it can get…

Well Unc I have been living in a closet. I knew this stuff happened, but not to the extent that we have foreign welchers on the dole as well. Why should anything surprise me these days? This is no different than welfare. I propose that we boot this mess from this country. It’s minor, but it is a start.

This has gone too far, just like PC. I have a neighbor who screams just like this bum. She had all sorts of amenities added to the streets so that she could roll around in her hoveraround. If she would get her lazy ass up and work it like the scream, she might not have as many health problems.
Meanwhile, she cuts to the front of the line in getting wheelchair access, etc., and the blind neighbor flips over the uneven sidewalk that has sat waiting to be fixed for 12 years. The only reason that this woman got her way is because she is related to someone on City Council.
This man is advocating for all which includes all the frauds. It must stop. Where there is a way to scam, the lazies of the world will always take the easy road and ride on everyone else’s back without ever thinking about the consequences that they do not have to pay for. This is a problem with the entitlement mentality. That is what needs to be corrected. As long as we allow the government to intervene on our behalf, this is going to be a problem.

What makes me crazy is that locally we have several places, like the post office, that are not accessible. If you’re a big business or a government office housed in an antique building, you can get exemptions from compliance. But if you’re a dinky small business, like a single woman running an espresso stand the size of an outhouse, you have to put in ramps.

I don’t think people like this asswipe actually understand what they do to the mom and pop shops. Quite frankly, the guy is a loser…send him packing so he can game his own country’s system. It won’t happen because Mexico doesn’t put up with creeps like this.
