Barack Obama heckled in Manhattan.   Shocking, isn’t it?   I wonder if Velma Hart is catching on?  She isn’t alone.  I mean the Barack supporters are less happy as each day passes.

President Barack Obama was heckled multiple times during his speech at a Democratic fundraiser in one of the country’s most Democratic cities.

Demonstrators held signs that said “Broken Promises” and interrupted his speech to protest AIDS funding and the stalled repeal of “don’t ask, don’t tell,” the policy banning gays from serving openly in the military that Obama has promised to lift.

Obama showed a flash of irritation after he was forced repeatedly off his prepared remarks. “We listened to you, we heard your point,” he told the “young lady” who continued shouting at him about AIDS funding. “This is not the time or the place to do what you’re talking about.”

Smiley: “Most Americans are not agreement with health care reform, why would not they [Republicans] not take those numbers, make their case that most Americans don’t agree with what’s happened on health care and then start the cry, start the effort to repeal those measures?”

Sebelius: “Well, I think unfortunately a lot of the American people are still confused about what’s in the bill and what’s not in the bill”

I get the distinct impression that Kathleen didn’t really read that bill.

Horrible News from The AP.  Al Sharpton is going to host a new TV series on education.

The Rev. Al Sharpton will host a weekly syndicated TV program focusing on education. ESH Holdings, a new minority-owned multimedia company, says the half-hour news and information magazine, called “Education SuperHighway,” will target parents, educators and students.

Hosted by the well-known civil rights leader, the show will provide a forum for discussing educational issues, with political, business and social leaders taking part.

“Education SuperHighway” will debut on Oct. 10 in more than 160 U.S. markets. It will be taped in New York and Los Angeles.

Will we be discussing Tawana Brawley?  Will they use spellcheck?  This district did not.

Billboard spelling error creates embarrassment.  WSBT.  Mishawaka, Indiana.  Looks like at least one person in South Bend didn’t use Spell Check.

South Bend public schools are not looking too favorably right now.  Especially if those who proofed the work before it went up, and after it was plastered for all to see, were graduates or employees of the system.

“I’m one of your middle class Americans. And quite frankly, I’m exhausted. Exhausted of defending you, defending your administration, defending the mantle of change that I voted for,” a woman told President Obama at a town hall.

“My husband and I have joked for years that we thought we were well beyond the hot dogs and beans era of our lives, but, quite frankly, it’s starting to knock on our door and ring true that that might be where we’re headed again, and, quite frankly, Mr. President, I need you to answer this honestly. Is this my new reality?,” she added.

Affirmative action cannot be defended.  Better yet, I like The Sibyl’s translation best, “WTF are you doing homey?”

Yesterday, on Sunday, September 19, 2010, the Obama family attended church for only the third time in a year. They went on foot to the St. John’s Episcopal Church situated across the Lafayette Park.But what is widely not reported by the White House and the MSM is that on that particular Sunday in that particular church, Dr. Ziad Asali, M.D., a Muslim, founder and president of the American Task Force on Palestine, was the guest speaker. He was there to speak on the subject of “Prospects of the two-state solution in the Middle-East.”

The Obamas did not violate church discipline, because the church in question is so lax about imposing it. The website for St. John Episcopal Church in Lafayette Park states, “St. John’s welcomes all to receive Holy Communion with us.” Even at the denominational level, The Episcopal Church and the Anglican communion historically does not require confirmation to receive the Eucharist, welcoming instead “all baptized Christians.”

Obama was reportedly baptized by oogady-boogady Reverend Wright at the Trinity UCC.

I love that “oogady boogady” stuff.
