My theory: A jetski floats, a jetski driver floats, due to the life jacket you are require to wear. After the killing, the body was recovered and disposed, in an unmarked grave somewhere in Mexico, the jetski may show up years from now, but will be impossible to trace back. This story has legs, but it will go away after the election.
A strong President, would be able to stop this behavior by the Cartels, but we do not have a strong President….
