In Nevada’s prime swing county, Republicans are significantly outpacing Democrats in early-voting turnout, according to official statistics — a potential sign of difficulty for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid as he attempts to rally his base for his tough contest with Republican Sharron Angle.
Early vote a bad omen for Harry Reid. Not a good sign Harry.

Good!! I hope there are many other bad signs to come…Nevadans have to put their money where their mouths are…make sure reid doesn’t come back to DC. Get serious and do NOT re-elect him. I know he isn’t getting my vote; and it looks as if his baby boy is going down in defeat also.

as there appears no 3rd party candidate, this is a fine case for NOTA.
a lying thieving incumbent pos, a lying thieving crazy challenger.

Nom, a bit of the other end of the spectrum usually brings everyone back to the middle. I don’t want to see Reid rehired. Strangely enough, I have friends who do. Go figure?

well, as one who lives in NC, I have no say in any event, & I’ve got plenty of my own nuts here for whom to vote or not vote.
I don’t think there is a spectrum unless it runs from rightwing to insane-batshit-crazy-rightwing.
The present dems and repubs and their dem & repub challengers alike are all a bunch of fascist tools.

Hey, Harry: burn, baby, burn.

I think Boxer is going down as well.

They’ve all become “tar babies” for the Dems though.
Guess we and the Dems (who deserve it) will still be stuck with “tar baby” Nancy Antoinette Pelosi though!

Hey Buttered, I hear Fancy Nancy is going to have a hell of a time running if she tries again.

I pray so McNorman!

Then we are both doing the same Buttered.

Cheese and Rice! The choices this year suck- and suck some more. While I may not have to choose in the Reid/Angle or the Boxer decisions- I have shit for nothing here to replace specter.
Nuts and loons. Great- JFG!

Yes, it’s stink and stank. OMG, Spector. Ugh! Hugs PMM, perhaps an alien will come and snag him.

Playing devil’s advocate, I have to say I am not entirely convinced Angle is as looney as some would like us to believe. To me her biggest problem is articulating her thoughts in a way that doesn’t scare people. That said, I am all for giving her a chance this time around. AND I won’t lie, I would love to see that smug look drop off reid’s face when he loses!!

this is a joke surely?
the woman was not only hatched from a pod in some crazed winger scientist’s basement, it was a very defective pod owing to the fact the scientist doesn’t believe in evolution.

Hi mcnorman! I have two brothers who live in Nevada…one is an Obot and loves Harry Reid and I’m not sure if the other one even takes the time to vote. I can’t get a feel for what’s going on in Nevada because the Obot brother is so drunk with Kool-Aid that he only knows how to spout the MSNBC propaganda machine.
I have the feeling that many Nevadans who voted for the Obama machine are going to sit this one out and those who really got screwed by Reid and are unemployed will vote for Angle, even if they don’t like her. What have they got to lose?
(Not back to my blog yet, but getting there…hoping for a November 1st start. Sorry it’s been so long since I’ve stopped in. )

Nunly, hugs, lots of them. I have a feeling that you are correct. Many who voted for the Won are not going to participate.
