Finally, legislators with cajones.
“CAIR is going to have majah fits if this goes through”
Tearting CAIR as if they have legitimate legal grounds for their Mafioso thuggery has sent a message to the Muslim world: we’re puty in your hands. Then again, Islam is the relgion of hoice of the NWO, as it wa for the Nazis, from whom the NWO evolved.

I am glad that Texas has decided that they don’t want to go there Mary.

McN,
You have far more to be proud of as a Texan than I have as a Californian.
P.S. Does this mean none of those sharia toilets in Texas?

I am happy that we are atleast trying to say “enough” with CAIR. I know that CA is way in over their heads trying to appease every foreign body. I don’t understand Mary, if I go to China I expect to do as they do. Why not here?

Political correctness is absolute poison, McN. It is destroying Western Civilization, paving he way fOr China to cash in its chips and take over. I hope they’ll be smart enough to cut off the Muslims at the knees.
NB: the Chinese will not be kindly masters.

PC is so wrong. Many who advocate it confuse PC with common courtesy. Two very different things. I think that Perry is going to run for the WH.

I would only add that since so many laws have some basis in Judeo-Christian laws that it should include that no laws can be ignored by the courts even if they were originally passed for religious reasons. I just know some judge would stop enforcing laws because they were Christian based.

I agree. I think that the more that is passed the more of a tangled web is woven.

“A court of this state may not enforce,
consider, or apply any religious or cultural law.”
it’s absurd that one might need to add a redundant layer of state law to what is already federal law:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
yet plainly the Constitution is overridden every day in all particulars. go for it, TX!

I remember when this was a given and this stuff just didn’t need to be reiterated.
