I won’t watch MSNBC regardless. It is nice to know that he’s off the TV, and I can only hope that Tingles is next.

Tingle will be lost without his girlfriend.

His royal pain in the rear wanted more money. That is laughable.
January 21, 2011 at 8:57 pm
one suspects comcast didn’t want him
http://www.wnd.com/?pageId=117847
“When the deal was announced, WND contacted a high-ranking official with the news division of the network, who went silent when asked about the potential influence of Comcast, which is known for a less liberal political approach than the former owner, General Electric.
Could the new owners “temper” the politics? The official wasn’t able to respond.
“I hear you,” he said.”

There will be a reshuffle. There always is.

hmm, look at this. I don’t agree with HR’s opinion of Olbermann (or much of anything usually) but I think they may be on to something here.
January 21, 2011 at 11:23 pm
I hope Hillary, whom the troglodyte threatened to take into a back room nd beat up, is njoing this. Get lost, Mr. Rude-’n-Crude.
January 22, 2011 at 2:55 pm
Mary, I know you are being kind and polite, but didn’t Teeth Over Man end that quote with “and only one come back out – and it not be Hillary?”
January 22, 2011 at 5:27 pm
I think you’re right B. I wonder if his threat meets the left’s criteria for violent speech. Nah–threatening to beat a woman to death cannot compare to the word “target.”
January 22, 2011 at 5:09 pm
I think everyone is enjoying “the butt” leaving Mary.
January 21, 2011 at 11:56 pm
I don’t watch msnbc either. I usually get YouTube clips of olberman’s hateful commentary, just to keep updated.
I suspect that comcast fired him ahead of the presidential campaign to head off any problems.
January 22, 2011 at 5:10 pm
I agree. They are starting in the ratings dump anyway, so why not get rid of the thorn? Perfect timing.
January 22, 2011 at 1:52 am
I guess between his contract and the cost of the meds they just couldn’t afford him anymore.
January 22, 2011 at 9:10 am
Maybe Comcast has no intentions of putting up with the nonsense spewed by the left leaning infotainers on msnbc and Matthews, Maddow, O’Donnell and Schultz should take heed…just sayin’

We are all witnessing “changes” in the mainstream media, which IMHO only amount to reshuffling the deck chairs on the Titanic. After WMD was sold to the public, nobody thought that people could be sold any more crap sandwiches. But they bought the mortgage fraud hook, line and sinker, and as a result of people’s gullibility which they have yet not learned from by and large, the banks got away with having “securitized” mortgages, which of course was anything but secure. And if that were not enough, along came this clown now who was packaged and sold by the godforsaken mainstream media as the cure to what ails the country, and the same sheeple fell for the same come on – only to be completely overcome by faux shock that he’s a consummate insider. He just knows how to lay on the shucking and jiviing routine – it’s part of his “shtick”, if you will.
And now, the same culprits are gearing up to portray themselves as being on the “right”, which is now in vogue. As you are aware, I simply prefer to remain out of the faux partisanship that exists in the media primarily, and is played by actors who call themselves politicians.
Keep your eye on the dough and you won’t go wrong is what I say, but that’s hard to do when one is constantly being bombarded with distractions whose goal it is to keep us fearful and even suspicious of one another. Divide and conquer – it’s an oldie but a goodie, idn’t it!

well the msm sure as f#ck was never left anymore than is BHO our corporatist intermediary for all so many like to proclaim so; fascism, however is right wing by definition.

Yep. And that, my friend, is truly a very, very inconvenient little truth right there…

I seem to have misplaced my teeny tiny violin. And I am fresh out of cheese to go with DKos’s whine.
Too bad, so sad as my kids used to say.

Hell…I still say that…lol
Many forget the old adage: You reap what you sow.
I am also fond of “eat crap and die”, as Markos should take under consideration…imo
