Amazing! Rest in Peace Mr LaLane.
I can remember my Mom watching him on tv and following along. (No such thing a gym for adults in those days- exercise was housework and pushing the carriage around.)

I think his gyms were the beginning of what we have today. I remember the guy doing the swim to Alcatraz. He was 60?

RIP Jack. His knowledge and wisdom was missing and much needed during the entire health care debate. “What do you think Jack?” I think his opinion would have solved many problems-and still can.

Rjjrdq, I have a strong suspicion that he shook his head often. He was a weak and sick kid. His life changed when he began to change his diet and got moving. Simple changes that didn’t require a ton of money.
