Bwhahahahahahaha. The entire ruling.
U.S. District Court in Pensacola Justice Roger Vinson ruled today that the primary mechanism whereby the health reform achieves universal insurance coverage–the individual mandate–is unconstitutional. “Because the individual mandate is unconstitutional and not severable, the entire Act must be declared void. This has been a difficult decision to reach, and I am aware that it will have indeterminable implications,” he writes.

[...] Mcnorman’s Weblog’s input on today’s ObamaCare ruling nails it for me: Bwhahahahahahaha. Reps from ACORN's SEIU, with misspelled sign, protesting at Glenn Beck's Restoring Honor rally in August 2010 – SEIU has been given a waiver from Team Obama to not have to participate in ObamaCare [...]

The entire law has been struck down, congress is getting ready to investigate…only a Chicago style crime wave can save it now. You can be sure that’s on the way.

You better believe that they are working on a solution (that is a word with many meanings to them). Hopefully, when it gets to SCOTUS Kagan will recuse herself.

Too bad O-What’s-His-Name ain’t got no brother named Billy who likes beer is all I gotta say. At least he’d be known for somethin’ besides the peanuts that he feeds to ussens slaves, whilst he calls it thrivin’ together…
If I wuz him I’d be lookin’ into forming a non-profit along the lines of, say, Habitat for Inhumanity – whereby a ton of homes in the U.S. of A. are basically unoccupied – but the banks which own them are having profits out the wazoo…
Heck, we could have ussens a Hee Haw revival, and a new and improved Miss Lillian could make a guest appearance – just to put the finishing touches on the whole charade…
America – whadda riot…
