The GOP and the Dims must ALL be quaking in their boots.
The Donald is not on their selectee list.
April 15, 2011 at 11:29 am
In my neck of the woods, it’s call “sh*ttin’ bricks” PMM. I’m laughing all the way. You know that Donald is getting under his fine skin when he has to claim birthright in Hawaii on his fun field/lecture/idol tour.
April 15, 2011 at 11:29 am
what about Alan West? Herman Cain? John Bolton? Those guys would mop the floor with any of those “candidates.”
April 15, 2011 at 11:31 am
Rjjrdq, did you hear what West said about Donald? I was a bit surprised.
April 15, 2011 at 11:33 am
I really believe that their anointed Mitt is a goner. Romneycrapcare is going to dog him to the end.
April 15, 2011 at 8:32 pm
…I would consider that. Some think Trump is just pulling a publicity stunt. West could counter that if he were on the ticket.
April 16, 2011 at 7:00 am
I honestly don’t think that anyone knows what the next months will hold. A lot can change.
April 16, 2011 at 7:01 am
He sure is making him itch Mary. I have not heard that arrogant man get quite as snippy and snarky as he has lately.
April 15, 2011 at 11:32 am
GO DONALD!!!
April 15, 2011 at 11:34 am
Yup, he’s going Anthony. The more that they try to dismiss him, the higher his poll numbers. Meanwhile back at the
asylumWH, teh Won’s poll numbers are tanking again.April 15, 2011 at 12:08 pm
Do you think Trump is really serious?
Trump for president with Joan Rivers as the VP choice!
Then the speeches would be worth watching!
April 15, 2011 at 5:53 pm
Who knows Buttered. The point is that Donald is the bee in POTUS’ bonnet.
April 15, 2011 at 8:40 pm
Maybe Trump is also the answer to our prayers for someon to kick oilsoc’s sorry ass. No doubt Soros is organizing a business and media boycott of Donald right now.
April 16, 2011 at 11:25 am
I’m for anything that puts bees in the POTUS’ bonnet and that gets his goat!
May his harem be bereft of goats!
April 15, 2011 at 12:35 pm
The Donald is giving DC the heebie jeebies for sure.
I hope he does run. Might force the Dims to get rid of teh selectee and put up a REAL Democrat.
Oh wait- never mind. The one has ruined any chances of a Democrat being elected for at least 8 more years.
April 15, 2011 at 1:53 pm
PMM Carter prevented a democratic POTUS for 12 years…for Clinton. Clinton kept the lefties at bay & they trashed both WJC & HRC.
Setero/Reid & Pelosi have so damaged the party….It will be a generation…IF we still have a country….cause we’re headed for a totalitarian ( progressive? ) state….
April 15, 2011 at 5:54 pm
I don’t know PMM. If the Dems really want to screw with him, they are by saying that they might primary him. That is blood pressure building imo.
April 15, 2011 at 1:10 pm
PMM….from your mouth to God’s ears…
“Say What You Will…It Feels So Good”
April 15, 2011 at 1:47 pm
Trump trumps Romneycare….lol….
second half on Hannity 2night…BC, Rezko, Ayers & the economic disaster…
April 15, 2011 at 5:29 pm
I take these WAY early polls with a grain of salt, I mean who really cares about the election 19 months ahead of time. I swear this country seems to be in a perpetual campaigning state. No wonder nothing gets done.
April 15, 2011 at 5:51 pm
Roger, you nailed it. It is always campaign time. It’s a sad state of affairs.
April 15, 2011 at 8:58 pm
Well said, Roger. All about image.
April 16, 2011 at 8:37 pm
I would pay money to attend the debate. The crowd chants “You’re Fired”.
April 17, 2011 at 7:40 am
So would I. Goodness, that would be money well worth spending.
April 17, 2011 at 11:33 am
AMEN !!

I thought I’d share this observation . . . today I was at a social gathering – a child’s birthday party. Now, at an adult’s party I could expect to have some political chat – but not at this one. Anyhoo, the talk was about the Donald and his “ridiculous” accusations, and suggestions, and allegations. They were ridiculing Donald and the preposterous nature of his recent comments on the teevee.
When I asked what was so odd about someone asking about the BC, they replied that TehOne “had said he was born in Hawaii” and that was enough for them. I said I thought it was interesting that Obama has spent so much money impeding any disclosure of records – any and all records. I then said that I thought I was way more to the left than Obama and that I was more than “a little disappointed” in his support of W’s policies. They know how I felt and the work I had done to oppose W throughout his administration. They shut up.
Happy birthday baby.

Jumpin’ jellie beans leslie. Kudos to you. I found it very interesting that the “pit bull” was a Bam supporter that is pushing Donald in search of the BC. Meanwhile Rove is slamming Trump as well as many in the GOP. Not a smart move imo. When I look at these stories, I go to the comment sections where the responses are quite interesting.
April 17, 2011 at 11:41 am
I love the comments sections. When I read the post at Kos (Is that the “big orange cheeto”?) the comments were pretty critical and telling. There have been more than a few heads exploding in the past couple of years.
(I saw the link earlier this week and followed it)

it is the Cheeto.
Kos was originally a very good site (and its articles related to specific topics like the environment are still good for those who can stand to go there), but they went crazy pretty much overnight during the election with a bazillion charges that anyone against BHO was racist, their articles became not just partisan but virulently anti-Clinton, and the comments from their readers displayed some of the worst misogyny.
A chunk of their readership went over to TalkLeft, and then it too went batsh#t insane, as did Taylor Marsh and to a lesser extent the Confluence. But those were all very good blogs at one point.

Comment section is always more telling leslie.

hilariously, Cohen says the current crop of GOP candidates “lacks business sense”, and fails to note that his master has been bailed out 3 times by the taxpayer for billions of dollars of bankruptcies resulting from his fine business acumen.
