So this not only guarantees that Cali will not collect the sales tax revenue, but they will lower the business income tax revenue receipts and also lower their personal state income tax receipts. (Come on you just know many of those Cali small business owners will now have to lay off employees – since they’re dropping around 30% in sales over night!) Also this will be an expensive program for small businesses to apply so that increase in operating expense will further drop taxable net income……. Then of course when business revenues, profits, and employee earnings drop – the economic multiplier effect kicks in – but in reverse, destroying more income and business profits!!
