Book: Barack Obama, Sr. Discussed Putting Son Up for Adoption – Political Punch.

The elder Barack H. Obama, a sophomore at the University of Hawaii, had come under scrutiny by federal immigration officials who were concerned that he had more than one wife. When he was questioned by the school’s foreign student adviser, the 24-year-old Obama insisted that he had divorced his wife in his native Kenya. Although his new wife, Ann Dunham, was five months pregnant with their child – who would be called Barack Obama II – Obama declared that they intended to put their child up for adoption.
“Subject got his USC wife ‘Hapai’ [Hawaiian for pregnant] and although they were married they do not live together and Miss Dunham is making arrangements with the Salvation Army to give the baby away,’’ according to a memo describing the conversation with Obama written by Lyle H. Dahling, an administrator in the Honolulu office of what was then called the US Immigration and Naturalization Service.

I beg to differ. He WAS put up for adoption after all. He was snatched up by the military-industrial complex and groomed for this b.s. that he’s pulling today on their behalf. He’s actually perfect for the job: No reliable record of his birth, no living father or mother, nobody who knew him during his purported illustrious educational years, etc., etc., etc.
And of course, we all know that the source of the funds for putting him through Hahvahd was dubious at best. And right after graduation, he went to work for his benefactors at the CIA doing what he is still doing today, which is money laundering and destabilizing governments worldwide.

If my memory serves me correctly, he was more likely to have been adopted by Teddy Kennedy. After all, it was that old corrupt, duplicitous, murdering fool who brought him up through the ranks of the, ahem, “party”.
No, Soros prolly is nothing more than a PR foil for Wall Street. He portrays himself as being uber-leftist and such, when the bottom line is that he has ripped apart the financial systems of more countries than you can shake a stick at. But yet, you see he’s a “left-wing radical”.
Left wing, right wing, no wing – the bottom line is that politics is a dirty rotten, blood-stained sport. It’s all about winning at any cost.

Let’s put it this way, I heard Teddy had a thing for ‘tanned’, slender boys. I know a guy who was his private bootlegger and saw what went on up in those hotel rooms during his now infamous sexcapade drunkfests. Scandalous to say the least. To Teddy, O-What’s-His-Name was just putty in his hands – prolly made the rounds introducing him to the Washington inside crowd long before he ever became a senator. Wouldn’t surprise me a bit. It took somebody with no scruples at all to foist this nincompoop upon this nation. And we all know who the one with the least amount of scruples was. Make no mistake about it, inside a guilty liberal is a dark void that nothing can fill. After all, at its core is godlessness. Pfuh. Don’t get me started with politics in this country. It’s a no-brainer.

Yes Unc, the end of an era. Many women during that time would have refrained from doing much of anything once diagnosed with breast cancer. She did not. I have to give her a lot of credit for trying to do more for women during a time where it wasn’t a big deal.

leslie, my dad was a staunch Dem. He always liked the First Lady. He thought she was something else. I suppose he admired her quiet tenacity. Our current FLOTUS should read up and take a few lessons on Betty.

My mother – who initially liked MO – recently said she is “sick and tired of hearing her sound like she knows everything and is better than anyone else.”
This coming from my mother who DID know everything and never put down anyone who didn’t know as much as she did.
