I have news for this “victim,” and it isn’t sweet. The owness is on the patient to do their homework BEFORE, not after the fact. Let me repeat this for anyone who thinks that the government is going to be looking out for them…NO, THEY ARE NOT. Shoot, they don’t want to talk about the 20,000 heat seeking MIA missles in Libya do they? The “victim” is an adult. As adults, should we not ask questions and try to get answers first?
