I must say that cutting welfare for the wealthy is a small but good start. Every little bit helps.

The most troubling gap in America today is not an income gap. It is an integrity gap — and even intelligence gap — between Washington and the rest of the country.

Sorry, Coburn. Calling it “welfare for the wealthy” dosn’t change the fact that those who use real welfare–Medicaid, ADC, food stamps, susidized housing, etc, etc, etc–are being enabled by those whom you are demonizing. Maybe it’s only fair that the givers, abused by he libtards who, bottom line, are plain jealous of them, get to take somehing.

But, hey, what the hell: I love the smell of class warfare in the morning..

  He nailed it by using the proper term, “integrity” is something quite lacking these days. It doesn’t just apply to Washington either. So many are clueless to what the word signifies. It was Coburn touting a GAO report that found billions in duplicate and useless government programs. End the welfare along with the junk government spending and it adds up to more than a little bit.

  I agree, remember the $600 toilet seats? Every little bit helps. I can’t understand why it is so difficult to control the spending? We do it every single day. We make choices knowing that we don’t have the money to indulge, but government doesn’t live this way.

Unfortunately integrity cannot be grown in a lab and transplanted into some deficient, it must be instilled in one’s character while young or rarely by life changing events. One proposes some life changing events for these pos.

McNorman I read an Ulsterman, WH insider somebody linked to on another blog back in late October…….October 25th or 26th was the date of the report. Anyway in that report fully more than a month before this incident, the supposed insider was talking about just such a thing.

I don’t know if I’m 100% sold on the whole insider stuff…..but whoever is writing that stuff has been right about several things. When I read that one from late October though I got a sick feeling in my stomach to think that such a thing might be perpetrated on the American people.

In fact I was so upset about it I showed it to my husband. He laughed it off and said why do read crap like that. Then when the story broke about the shooter, my husband came running across the house to where I was to tell me about it, LOL!

I agree with Nom, there is no shortage of unstable people out there to manipulate.

  Insider: No-no-no-no…I didn’t know specifically about that. You’re gonna get me in trouble putting it that way. I told you there would be a staged threat – or that there was talk of it. Strategically. It had been discussed as a stratagey back in ’08, and it was on the table for ’12. That shooting – c’mon…I watched that play out and it reeks of a con-job doesn’t it? That’s what kills me about these people – the Obama operatives. They are so fu–ing predictable and incompetent. They got a picture of this guy – he’s posing for f-cks sake. They run with the anti-Israeli thing. All bullsh-t. They got the gun, right? Just left at the scene? Bullets that hit the “residence”? Really? C’mon now. The story hits, circulates for what – about 72 hours, right? Then disappears. That 72-hour thing – I’ve used that time frame before, right? Wanna know why? 72 hours – it’s a classic news cycle test run. The right amount of time to measure public response…for something to use down the road.
  
  That shooting – they called it an “assassination attempt” right? That was not the incident I told – I said… that’s being planned. It was a planned incident – it’s not THE planned incident? See? You follow me there? A trial balloon. Just like the Occupy stuff. Just like the end of summer racist stuff. The waters are being tested. I know it. Absolutely know it. I worked with some of these people. I know how they operate – I know what they are doing here. They are clumsy though – easy to spot. But if they get enough media…enough favorable media coverage – they will allowed to be sloppy as long as it fits with the pre-determined outcome. The hoped for outcome. For them anyway.

  Insider: Barack Obama wins ’12. He gets his second term…the stuff that’s gone on now, recently…practice round. The real deal will go down much closer to the election. They got a file – battle plan against Romney. The race angle. That race card will work alongside the Occupy stuff. Divide the country up with race and class. They are going all-in on that. It’s all they got. Can’t run on Obama’s record, right? So they gotta push the race and class agenda full time. Big time.

      The oligarchs divided us up by class not a bunch of goofy protesters. And it’s the media that divides us up by race of which this guy is a part.
      I live in a mixed race neighborhood. There was no racial animosity directed at me for not backing BHO, and I made no secret of what I thought of him either. Nor was there any at school and it had a sizable number of black students. The racial thing was a drummed up media hoax used to cover for ballot theft.
