Geez, and I thought I had seen enough for today when I read this post. ‘She couldn’t say no’: Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board pulls controversial ad that ‘blames date-rape victims and victim’s friends’ after receiving hundreds of complaints. They needed complaints?
I wonder if we are all orbiting in the same crazy universe? Can someone please tell me what century this is?

We’re primed for Sharia Law–victimizing he female victim.

I’m disgusted Mary. Rape is a crime that the victim does NOT ask for, and yet that is what were trying to say. It’s also stupid for them to be pointing the finger at women only. Not a day goes by when some child, adult, male or female is brutalized. I honestly can’t understand why we give these jackasses one penny for a salary…they don’t think.

How about “He wouldn’t take no for an answer and now he’s doing 40 years” for a slogan? Assholes.
Sombody(s) needs to get fired over this one.

IF ONLY he would do 40 years. If that (penalty for rape) were the case, we’d have fewer rapes, and more charges filed against rapists.

Rapists get less time than Blago. You’re right leslie…put them away for a long time without amenities like cable and internet. Doing time in federal prison (according to a friend who works in one) is better living than you and I have.

Once upon a time that really was the penalty; of course then rape was mostly seen as a property rights crime against a husband or father…

No, they want to blame the woman (or the victim with the “you asked for it” slogan) because it is easier. It’s mind bending to think that these are the people running the country.

http://endthelie.com/2011/12/09/senate-refuses-abortion-rights-for-rape-victims-in-the-military/
“Despite one-in-three women in the military saying they’ve been sexually assaulted while serving their country, the Senate decided to skip over voting for an amendment which would have allowed rape victims coverage for abortion. While civilians employed by the US government are given such protection, coverage is not granted in the US military. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) hoped to change that with an amendment tacked on to the National Defense Authorization Bill, but on Wednesday the Senate decided to move pass the legislation without bringing it up for vote.
Congress did, however, agree to make some changes while voting for the act for Fiscal Year 2012. Should President Barack Obama approve the National Defense Act, sodomy and bestiality in the armed forces will be legalized and Americans can be detained and tortured indefinitely for suspected terrorism crimes without ever being charged</b..
Sen. Shaheen’s amendment would have lifted the ban on military insurance coverage for victims of rape and incest that sought abortions."…

The last bastion of manhood needs to get a grip on reality and occupy reality…there are women in this world that can do anything equally as well or better.
