He was having a lot of trouble with the chemo. If the family pulled the plug, it was probably his wish. I can’t imagine that he would want to live with the effects of treatment or the msm persecution. More and more media is calling it a passing. Who knows?
I haven’t listened to NPR for a very long time. I withdrew my support of them in the late 80s. They lied and skewed everything. I want the taxpayer to stop having to pay for these shills.
I stopped listening to NPR when in about 2006, Bush stuck in as NPR head (president of it) an interior decorator wife of a crony friend of his in NYC. (Honestly how bad a decorator must you be if you can not stay profitably employed as a decorator in NYC – where the people with the WORST TASTE in the entire universe den up?)
Immediately, a day or two after-wards, NPR was doing fluffy, puff jobs for Bush such as how cute he looked in an Amish straw hat on a visit to an Amish farm! GAG ME WITH A BARF BAG!!!!!!
Since last January/February 2011 (I know it was at the same time Obama announced his would run again), the state public television system has been using one of their “free,” extra HD channels to promote liberal ideas, Democrats, and Obama about 2/3s of its 24 hour broadcast day. Much more propaganda on their other main channel also. It’s so biased and bad that a program called something such as “State-Line News” was spending every program on issues that and ZERO (nothing) to do with our state! Things such as the government in Syria, or in Russia, etc…
Just total Propaganda Broadcasting System (PBS) all the time.
Time to defund NPR and PBS!!!!!
What are your local public television stations doing this election year, assuming you still watch them unlike me this year?
And to just follow up with what Buttered said. I got on the phone and sent scathing emails when NPR did a “walk with Laura Bush” in which she “led us on a tour” of her garden and land in Texas. I was so incensed that she talked about how “everybody could benefit from their own garden” when we were dropping bombs on Iraq and killing everything in sight there. Gardens my @$$. People couln’t even bury their dead children for all the military and she wanted “everybody” to plant a f***ing garden.
I was against that war – just in case this comment didn’t give that away.
AND I was against the Bush regime… All of it.
Shils is the perfect word. And they’re back at it again.
I thought NPR was a great idea leslie. To say that there are somethings that they have done in the past without politicizing is fair, but these last few years has been something else. Just awful. What’s up with gardens and FLOTUS’? These women are not stupid, but they sure are set up to sound ridiculous.

Looks like he has died. He won’t ever get on a witness stand now; I’d bet he was never even deposed.

But he didn’t take these secrets with him!!!!!!

The defunding has been long in coming. Everything is skewed by NPR. Whatever happened to just the facts?
