Judge won’t stop state voter ID law.
A Pennsylvania judge on Wednesday refused to stop a tough new voter identification law from going into effect, which Democrats said will suppress votes among President Barack Obama’s supporters.
Commonwealth Court Judge Robert Simpson said he wouldn’t grant an injunction that would have halted the law requiring each voter to show a valid photo ID
Finally, some semblance of sanity. I am sure that Barry et al have their appeal whinery ready in hand. Could this tip Pennsylvania RED?

Hallelujah. The local (Erie) D and R people were on the news this morning offering assistance to any citizen who needs transportation or other assistance to get their (free to the poor) state ID.
Now, if they would just offer bodyguards to accompany the seniors to the polls to protect them from the Black Panthers…..

Yes, bodyguards are in order. So is pepper spray and mace.

I hope they need something more than an electric bill and cousin Primo as a witness to prove citizenship. That’s all u need for a FL drivers license.

When my daughter went for her PA driver’s license we had to have her state issued (with the seal) birth certificate. And her ss card.
Not sure of current requirements- though I know that the cost of obtaining the documents needed to get the id was part of the D argument against.
Which is crap. Because you need BC to get SS number- which you also need to get any of the programs like TANF, Food Stamps, SSDI etc.

Primary identification
Must include full name, date of birth, and photo
Accepted for identification without additional documentation
The fee for a Texas ID card is $16 for those under 60; this card expires every six years. In most cases, you may renew your ID card online for an additional $1 service charge. Those 60 and over get a break―an ID card costs only $6 and never needs to be renewed.

Let’s see. The “poor” have money for their cell phones, guns, liquor, and drugs. But they have no money for id cards. I take the latter as a declaration of intent to cammit voter obafraud.

I wonder how long it will take for every window in his house to be broken and his car to be bombed.
