Obama has millions of fake Twitter followers.
Notes the Times:
If accurate, the number of fake followers out there is surprising. According to the StatusPeople tool, 71 percent of Lady Gaga’s nearly 29 million followers are “fake” or “inactive.” So are 70 percent of President Obama’s nearly 19 million followers.
So over Obama.

Everything about him is fake so why not his twitter followers. I assure you so are many of his facebook followers, because some are actually bots with multiple identities. I know one personally, so I’m not just making that claim out of thin air. Those bots that post comments everywhere, many of them use several different names on blogs too and often several names on the same blog to give the appearance of support from others. They used that tactic quite effectively in 2007 and 2008…….they’ve used since then on issues like Obamacare and they’re out there again.

I know you are right Somebody. They are organizing once again. A lot of people bought this in 2008, but I’m not so sure that they will again. Atleast, not in the numbers that he had before.

Perhaps part of ACORN’s services? Register dead people to vote AND give them Twitter accounts at the same time?

Twitter loses so many people to inactivity. People constantly drop accounts or start new ones and Twitter makes no effort to find out who’s inactive, mostly because it makes them look more popular than they are. Even Trayvon Martin had two accounts, one active and one abandoned.
