About that jobs report? Why was a large state’s stats excluded? That state is California.
As Dow Jones reported: “A Labor Department economist said one large state didn’t report additional quarterly figures as expected, accounting for a substantial part of the decrease.”
The wording of that statement, along with the accompanying headlines, left the impression that one major state didn’t turn in its figures.
Here’s what actually happened. The state did report weekly jobless claims but did not process and report its quarterly claims number (when many people have to reapply for benefits for technical reasons as opposed to being newly laid off). As a result, there wasn’t the expected spike in claims that normally happens at the start of the quarter.
Will these numbers be brought up tonight? Is POTUS losing California?

I hope those numbers do come up tonight. I’d love to hear Biden’s explanation. Maybe something about how he thought we gave California back to Mexico already so they don’t count….except in the election.

I read somewhere just a few weeks ago about all the green energy projects the state department funded. I can’t remember where I read it now. I sort of think it was before the Libyan thing. The title of the article was something along the lines of the green energy scandal goes deeper than anyone knew, state department funneled money into green energy…..or something like that.
I know I read just yesterday about $100,000 worth of Volts purchased by the state department for some embassy in Europe, can’t remember which one.
My point being if the state department was so scrapped for money why were they pissing money away on green energy boondoggles and Chevy Volts???

Yes Somebody, I read the article about how our government was propping up Chevy Volts while cutting back on the security. This guy FAILS on so many areas, it is incomprehensible. I do hope Ryan goes to town tonight. We cannot afford four more years of this clown. I read that Camille Paglia is not backing Barack. That is big considering she was a boot licker.

Jarrett is running the campaign. Good thing too. Joe just made an ass out of himself. Things keep going this way and the eviction notice will be on the doorstep in a few weeks.
