The traffic in the blackout areas of Manhattan is lawless in the most literal sense: the traffic lights aren’t working, so the law cannot be applied as usual. But “lawless” doesn’t seem to be a fitting description the driving seems better-behaved than usual. We’re so used to seeing people act under a system of government rules that it’s easy to assume that without the rules, everything would descend into chaos. But perhaps free people are generally capable of acting decently on their own.
And you thought everything had gone to Hell in a handbasket.

Looks like Obama and his team have already rigged the voting machines in Ohio, Nevada, and another State (can’t remember which one), but when they touch the Romney pic, it goes to Obama. The guy at the polls said it’s not a wide spread problem and blamed the voters by saying that they must have hit the screen too hard or something. Funny how it only happens to be in the States that Obama and Romney need to win this election.
There is no hope if the voters go for Romney in very large numbers. He better have his ground game in tip-top shape the day of the election, especially in Ohio. I have the feeling Obama and Axelrod has been planning to steal that one the day Obama won the last election. Not to mention, Axelrod said he would shave off his 40 year old mustache if Obama lost…..and he didn’t look the least bit worried when he said it, as if he already knew.

In Texas, there are two GOP and two Dems at every polling place. I’m afraid to see what that icky Hitler look alike looks without a moustache.

I forced my machine to redo the ballot four times to insure that zero was not chosen for me.
I have a friend who oversees the elections in the city. He told me that the scanner would have to be programmed at the point of origin facility. It would be extremely difficult to tamper with it after it had left the facility. There is a lot of money involved in electronic voting from what he said. So, I would have to say that this would be in line with whatever the state is flying with.
I know that someone locally reported a straight ticket vote going to zero. Since they do not allow cameras or phones in the booth, I don’t know how anything could be documented?

Bring the camera. If you find something wrong, the Romney campaign has plenty of lawyers to take care of any minor infraction filming a voting booth would bring.

It has been nothing but non stop robo calls for Obamarama all day long. At work (Virginia). We answer our own phones and it’s beyond annoying. I do not recall this happing at the office ever. People are emailing saying they cannot get through – well of course you can’t.
They are really really really pushing the ladies parts angle. And that Obamacare would be overturned without the One.
Then there are the wall to wall ads in what is supposedly deep blue Maryland.
O has even invaded the Hallmark/Hallmark movie channels. I guess they are trying for the Perry Mason/Golden Girl/Little House on the Prairie vote. For some reason I do not see the Hallmark audience (ak my mom and her friends) being big on O (Betty White not withstanding).

It’s almost like zero is the black plague of today. I sense desperation. It’s the Benghazi albatross around his neck that will do him in. Regardless of what happens, the military is very unhappy with the CIC.
Betty White is unusual. I think she is doing what many in Hollywood do these days to stay in the public eye. Rare is the one who flips the bird at these shenanigans. They all want to be employed.
I have seen one zero ad: Morgan the grandpa screws his granddaughter perv is the voice over. Really sick. I don’t hear words, I just see perversion.
Lady parts? We’ve always had them, too bad that they only come around to discuss them every four years.

Mom is a year younger than Betty and has liked her for decades. As Mom seems totally unaware of Betty’s rather vulgar and odd support of O, I try and keep it that way. I too prefer to be able to enjoy the work of others without knowing too much about them personally. After seeing how the group think gang has, on more than one occasion, really tried to beat down a couple of non-conformists in Holly and Broadway lands, it is understandable.
The Morgan ad plays a lot. I always just think its him shilling for credit cards companies again. Oh wait, he is still selling their talking points.

The only way obama can win is by cheating. Since Soros owns many of the state Secy of States, who oversee voting, I repeat what I’ve said before–the fix is in, and has been since GW Bush won a second term.

I voted early. I will be sitting on pins and needles. This election is really going to have a lot of people on edge. We will survive.
